I've searched high and low but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for.

I've seen a few servers now that have a plugin that both:

1. Enable AllTalk up to a certain number of players

and

2. Enable AllTalk at the end of a round and during setup.

No matter where I look or what I search for, I can only find plugins that do 1 of these things. Not both. Either I'm not searching for the right terms or these servers use two seperate plugins that work together. Anyone happen to know?

They are probably running both if there isn't one available that does both. What would be so bad about running both?
