Insurgency probably uses a different method of spraying. I'll look into it.

Well I just set up my server with source mod again and installed the spray trace. I checked the logs and sorry to say I found nothing.

When I try to do a trace it just says **No Spray
I wish I could be more help.

The only way i could track it down is to put some debugging info in the plugin and have you tell me what is printed out.

With the 3.1 version I'm running you have to be fairly close to the spray and looking right at. 50 units sticks in my head for some reason. I'm running an FF server. I can't speak for the other versions but I think I'll try the latest tonight.

You can set the max distance with the sm_spray_dista cvar
