Is it possible to get a list of an entity's inputs and outputs?

Specifically, I was looking for a way of getting TF2's vote_controller inputs and outputs, although another thread I'm participating in could use a dose of the various games' gamerules entities (cs_gamerules, etc...)

After doing a sm_dump_datamaps, it turns out that vote_controller doesn't appear to have anything useful in it. Apparently, the useful stuff to actually start votes isn't exposed via entity.
