If you're using the standard SourceMM RC1 binary, this may be causing the segfault when you load the plugin. I haven't tested this with Model Changer, but definitely worth a shot.


Here is a fixed linux binary I compiled from the CVS.

i've tried the SourceMM RC1 Fixed for Linux, with just t1.cfg and t2.cfg configured for Valve's models; i joined as tero and choose t_os from mc_menu; as soon as i die or change the team, i quit the game with the same memory can not be read error.
same fatal error if i choose the default model.

p.s. still no autodownload of materials and models files.

The exact same thing is happening to me. I can't get admin only models working either - Like it doesn't recognize me as admin!

I probably tried every way possible to make this baby work even putting the files on my own pc to counter act the non downloading problem and yet i still only see large red error models running around, i'd like to add i get no crashes or anyother problems with this plugin it running sweet if you dont mind shooting at ERROR models lol !.
So any help would be nice has anyone out there solved it ? com on guys lets see some self help till L duke gets back from his hols.
