I want An idea For Get Steam Friends ! Ex
When You Say /Steam You see A List For Your Friends In Steam !
Just Tell Me If Is possible Or not Possible

And Give Me How It Work

Press Shift-Tab (or whatever key you changed the Steam Overlay to)
Click the "View All Friends" button

Why? Steam already gives you the ability to see this, so why create something else?

Then you should have said that. To get a users friend list, you must use the Steam WebAPI, specifically ISteamUser/GetFriendList. The profile you are looking up MUST be set to Public, otherwise you will not be able to get the details. It also REQUIRES an APIKey.
