FF2 changes the plugins from .smx to .ff2, does it not (or is that broken)?
As for the ERRORS, don't put them in /custom/etc/ (not sure if that is supported yet).
Instead, put it as you used to do, in models/freak_fortress_2/, materials/freak_fortress_2 (or whatever directory), sound/..., etc.

It works now, after i moved all into the dir and set up the "pure_server_whitelist.txt" it works now.
