After we changed our host from a swedish one to a danish one, then 2 are having problems joining our server.

they can see see the info on server, but when they try to join, then it just keep retying.

They live in Israel and Turkey, but it aint a issue for other people who are living there, plus players from brazil, argentina and even people from korea can join the server.

Hope anyone can help us with this problem.

If this is true, then the problem lies with them. Not your server.

Not necessarily. The server may as well block regions and/or ip ranges.

First ones to contact is your host and the people that can't connect. Ask them to do traceroutes both ways.
