[REQ] Last Player Sound

I have seen this back in the good ole 1.5 days when there was 1 person left on lets say T it would play a sound saying "I am the one and only". I am not sure if anyone has remade that or not but that would be pretty tight.

I will add the sound to this encase if anyone would like to make it. I am sure its not very hard but yeah I think it would be pretty cool to have that back.

If you have set server to sv_pure 1
check server pure_server_whitelist.txt

Plugin have defult sound path : ...cstrike/sound/lastman/oneandonly.wav
