I am trying to figure out why I get "Unknown command: menuselect" in the console when running commands.

I tried some commands from here:

Meta List in console basically returned below (text is from rcon):
Currently loaded plugins:
description stat pend file vers src load unlod
[ 1] AMX Mod X RUN - amxmodx_mm.dll v1.8.3-d ini Start ANY
[ 2] Spawn & Chat Pr RUN - sc-prot_mm.dll v2.01 ini ANY ANY

3 plugins, 3 running

.. and then "Unknown command: meta"

I am running Galileo map chooser and it returns a bunch of "Unknown command: menuselect" as it is map voting.

I have tried to use the admin command menu in the console and I get the same thing.

How can I troubleshoot this? I think the config files contain the correct references.
