Cheer!

Description:
The Cheer! plugin allows players to cheer random cheers per round. This can be done through the cheer console command which most people will already have mapped to j. This can also be done through the !cheer and /cheer say commands. The sounds are configurable and it uses bot sounds by default.

CVar's:
sm_cheer_enable: Set to 0 to disable the plugin
sm_cheer_limit: The number of times a player is allowed to cheer per round
sm_cheer_chat: Set to 0 to disable the chat messages
sm_cheer_colors: Set to 0 to disable the colors in chat
sm_cheer_jeer: Set to 0 for no jeers, Set to 1 for everyone, Set to 2 for admin only
There are now lots more, see the config file for full details

I have to admit that I did make a couple of minor post testing changes to this so hopefully it isn't broken.

If anyone has any issues I will fix them in couple of hours.

Awesome plugin!

We loved the old ES version on our server but it never did all the things it was supposed to do.

This version does everything!

Just a couple typos in the outputs:

Your dead, when was the last time you saw a dead person cheer?
You're dead, when was the last time you saw a dead person cheer?


You have already reached you maximum number of cheers for this round
You have already reached your maximum number of cheers for this round

And I was wondering if it would be at all possible to display the name of the person that cheered in the colour corresponding to their team.

I am sure it is.....is there a certain color for each team?

Type !cheer and /cheer in chat. With both I see the text that says I cheered, but no sound is played. Even though the Plugin Game says 'Any', are these sounds unique to CS?

These are CS:S BOT sounds.
You could edit the sounds file in configs to point to different sounds for a different mod.

I see no reason why you couldn't use custom sounds but that would mean all clients need to d/load them.
