There is no point in doing that (also, I have no clue what that even means lol). You have to choose one or the other.

Can't wait for the AMX Bans support release (Sorry exolent your plugin is amazing but I like the fact that AMX Bans has that whole super web bans list :p)

Pshh, you can make an uber ban list with exolent's plugin lol.

Well I'm going to use this one because it's pretty badass, just goingto wait until it is multilingual.

I agree. This is a major problem with plugins like this, a workaround for this would be a revolution.

If players vote-ban him and he has disconnected, just save his Steam id in nVault or SQL. Add 2 columns in mysql - "SteamID" and "PlayerVotebanned". If player disconnects add a new row in mysql with the following data:
"SteamID: Players steam id" and "PlayerVotebanned: 0". If other players still vote-ban him after he's disconnected change that 0 to 1, and when a player connects search mysql for his steamid, if it's found then check if player has been vote-banned, if he has - then ban him. Either way, remove that row with his steamid.
