some people use the word "codes" to describe "scripts" or "cheats".
but to answer you: there are some related plugins here which aren't really efficient/reliable. search for them (for the cheat names like aimbot or wallhack) in titles.

yes, a lot of bugs were fixed in steam recently (since steamcmd), and major problems that people are asking for (server side) are because of pre-steamcmd HLDS versions or dproto.
but cheats are working in the client side (except cheat plugins), nothing to do with the server side.
