I've set up a server through Debian 8 64Bits, but I've tried anyway to leave the tickrate at 66, but they get unstable, no matter what i do.

Values stucks on below values...

Cloud Specs
  • 4 x Xeon vCPU @ 2.6GHz
  • 4GB RAM DDR3
  • SSD 25GB
  • BR Link 100~115Mbps

If I put 32 players or 32 bots the server gets even more unstable ...

When i monitoring the processor and memory by HTOP program, it is shown that hardware resource it is not 100% in use and there is still a lot of hardware resource for use.

Debian problem? I need switching to CentOS or is it something i'm doing wrong?

I already tested several rates calculated by the site below:

http://ambaca.github.io/rate-calculator-2015/

Regards.

2.6 Ghz is too low.... also: use 64... it's: 32, 64, 128.

Your CPU is really weak and may not run a csgo server at optimal performance.

It is a CSS server.

I already had servers running at up to 2.0GHz and I did not have that problem.

Regards.

Don't ask for help here if you know it already better? You're showing a CSS screenshot.

A VPS with that low core speed is too low... trust me... it is!

Hmm.... looks like your provider just sells too much VPS on their machines.

Stick with Debian
Trust me Debian performance is way better than others. Idk why but other linux OS keep running some extra stuff which eat up the performance.

And the cores u having for CPU are virtual cores. I doubt they actually give u 4 physical cores. This also is the reason why my server CPU unable to handle it.
However, your htop show me that it doesn't seem to use all the CPU usage.

No idea why your tickrate like that but it can be VPS issue
