I've heard the following can crash your server:

Amxx csstats module and stats plugins
Sheild (So restricting shield is a good idea)

Are there any more things that may crash your server using amxx? I'd like to have a stable server running amxx if possible.

Since last HL update i've took the sheild restriction off and no crashes yet that I know of. This may have been fixed!

I've had crashes with the latest update, the base install of amxx and metamod all running together.

I'm guessing it has to be amxx

What, 0.20? Its being beta tested, you cant get it unless you want to compile from the cvs..

The AMD64 version is not heavily tested. If you would like to help test it, please PM BAILOPAN and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Although we have the JIT working on both Linux and Windows, we will not have an AMD64 Linux JIT in time for 0.20.

If you were refering to me. I dont have AMD64 so i cant try that.
Just wanna know how to compile the sourcecode from CVS.
