how do you get ranks to work in a server?

if you have admin - type in console, amxmodmenu - go to the stats page section (Might be on page 2) - in there.. go through that whole list of stuff turning on/off what you want.. when u reach the end, save your configuration and close it by pushing 0 or 9 a shitload of times.. that should be what your looking for.
