Hii i use DeRoiD's Global Offensive mod i wanted to add some new skins i added like 50 new skins and when i tryed to compile the .sma file i didn't compile why i don't have no photo beacuse i deleted the .sma file but should there be a .inc file or what that i didn't compile

If you deleted the .sma then nobody can help you at this stage. You will need to write it again and post your errors here, or make a list of skins and request that somebody writes it for you.
You would also benefit from a translation request.

Thanks for good tips and bad tips but SOLVED
