Replacement of old and original Admin List plugin by Fredd !

Features:

• Easy translatable;
• Configuration colors/separator through translation file;
• Admins can hide themself from admins list;
• More display modes;
• Modes with ability print information about admin;
• Natives and forward for developers.

Console variable:

• adminlist_mode (default = 1) - Changes how the admins list appears.
  0 - "sm_admins" command is disabled,
  1 - Chat (default value !);
  2 - Panel witch displays: Admin's profile name,
  3 - ^ Same as above, but with ability print info about admin via menu item selection;
  4 - Panel which displays: Admin's name (From admin cache),
  5 - ^ Same as above, but with ability print info about admin via menu item selection;
  6 - Panel which displays: Admin's profile name [Admin's group (can be translated through "adminlist_groups.phrases.txt" file, but only if group prefixed with '#' char)],
  7 - ^ Same as above, but with ability print info about admin via menu item selection;
  8 - Panel which displays: Admin's name (From admin cache) [*GROUP*],
  9 - ^ Same as above, but with ability print info about admin via menu item selection.

Admin override:

• adminlist_listed (default access: 'b' / "generic") - Admin with access to this override can be listed in admins list.

Console commands:

• sm_admins - Displays connected admins;
• adminlist_hidden (default access: 'b' / "generic") - Toggles showing admin in admins list. COOKIES SUPPORTED !
• setinfo adminlist_hideme 1/0 or on/off - Hide showing admin in admins list before admin connected.

Translated into these languages:

• Russian (by me) - currently core language.
