You shoud have in 'data' folder (./cstrike/addons/amxmodx/data) a *.ini file that has inside something like:

server_lang
en


something like this
amx_language refers to user's language!

hmm, maybe other plugin(s).... dont know.

i will try to put only say_restart.amxx in plugins.ini and put default vault.ini

will report asap
