There is a separate plugin for this: ShowIP http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=51990

use amx_showip command to get the list

Works great on people that has access to cafe accounts. Since everytime they login to that account it changes their SteamID, so banning by IP is the only reason I can see to do that.

Yes please, amxbans support is great idea! If it will support amxbans, it will be best baning plugin ;)
