I have even talked to Steam about this problem and they say there is NO way to increase Precache limit.. I personally think they are too lazy to help us...

I took it from Dias Leon & DeXTeR source and modified a few extras, to match the requirements of the one I got. Sorry if there is some misunderstanding here.
