Question about a dedicated server

I want to know how many 128 tickrate servers with 10 slots on a linux OS can this server handle
Intel Xeon E3-1270v5
16 GB ram (Can be upgraded)
5 TB bandwidth (Can be upgraded)
100 Mbit

Also which OS do you recommend to host a great 128tick quality server which doesnt have a load of cpu usage

5TB traffic should be enough, yes. But you should consider to host the FastDL on another host. Otherwise (depending on the player peak), it could cost alot traffic.
