Im looking for someone that knows how to code in Sourcemod properly.

My request is the following: Im looking for a plugin similar to the already existing chat advertisements plugin, however my plugin would be useable on more then 1 server with a online database to request the chat advertisements from.

Example: i write "hello" into the main database now server 1 and server 2 will have "hello" in their chat advertisements rotation.

This will ofc be a paid request for anyone wanting to earn some money make sure to contact me on Steam or per mail.
