Zombie Panic: Source has a useful command called "Panic" that will drop everything you have apart from your current weapon to gain a speed bust when fleeing from zombies, however it is often abused at the start of a round by players who want to dash for a bigger gun before anyone else gets there. This plugin will prevent players from Panicking at the start of a round to run a little bit quicker than you to grab the bigger gun.

During a Zombie Apocalypse who in their right mind would throw away a perfectly good Pistol and Ammo and run in the direction of potential Zombies...?!

CVARs:
zps_panicattack_version - current version
sm_panic_attack - Enables/Disables Panic Attack (0/1)
sm_panic_time - Time from Round Start to Block Panic and Drop. (Seconds 1-180)
Removed for a more lightweight plugin
sm_panic_type - Sets the type of attack...
1=Heart Attack - Will cause the player to Slow then Die.
2=Panic Attack - Will cause player to Slow and not drop everything.
3=Block Panic - Will Block Panic.
sm_panic_chance - Sets the Chance of a Panic Attack (0-100)
If anyone used these options, let me know, they can always be added to an alternitive file.

Comments:
By Default this plugin will block Survivors from Panicking/Dropping their weapons&ammo for 10 seconds from the start of a round.
You can adjust this by adding sm_panic_time (number) to your cfg/server.cfg file.

Files:
panicattack.sp - goes in your Scripting folder.
panicattack.smx - goes in your Plugins folder.
panicattack.phrases.txt - goes in your Translations folder.

This version does not block the drop ammo / weapon but it uses now a cleaner way of blocking panic using an offset instead of requiring a timer. If really needed could add a drop weapon / ammo option too. Also this version has been rewritten to use Transitional Syntax.

ConVars:

sm_panic_version - version of the plugin
sm_panic_enabled - Enable or disable the plugin.
sm_panic_delay - Delay in seconds until a survivor can panic again. (Default: 10seconds)
