Anything put in server.cfg (or files called by that) will work.

Player got jockeyed, jocked event had invalid entity id in it. Shoddy event system.

Works well but sometimes survivor who is low hp and take pills is not affected by the slowdown.

The plugin doesn't consider pills-health in it's calculation.
I attempted to fix it as well as changing the plugin from old-syntax to new-syntax.
Added cfg/sourcemod/l4d2_versuswaterbrake.cfg as well.

Untested, please test and let me know of any bugs.
