    Plugin: [ANY] Self-Mute
    Credits: Idea and recoded by Otokiru. Playerlist menu by TF2MOTDBackpack.

    What?! - What is this.
    This plugin allows the player to mute any individual player. (The sourcemod way~)

    Why?! - Why this plugin and not the built-in mute system.
    Yes, indeed Valve has already implement the built-in mute system, but, to summarize this, built-in has 8 steps VS this plugin has 3 steps.

    I think this will work on CSS as well... I only worry about the colors, not sure if the colors will turnup on CSS. Can somebody test it just to double confirm? TIA~

    No MySQL , use clientprefs instead to save the targets you've selected.

    Clientprefs is limited to 100 characters a cookie string if i am not mistaken... And you will be needing to store steamids of players that are being muted, or am i missing something here?

    Sorry my mistake , my thoughts were something else. You should use sqlite since it's no point using an external MySQL database when it only needs to be intern.

    I did not test this, but while reading your description and commands I thought about a view additions:

    Selfgag: Gagging Chatspammers / Idiots who are writing just stupid shit like "____1337____ IN D4 H0u53""

    If someone is muted by me, does the muted see this also in chat? Maybe Convar to handle the output would be nice.

    If One guy is muted by everyone in the server, then he gots kicked or banned for voice spamming?

    Will test this asap
