I know how amxbans works, but I've looked in other plugins and saw something like this:

server_cmd("amx_ban %d #%d ^"%s^"", time, id, reason)

so that's what i did, if i made it wrong please correct me.

edit/ i try this plugin with my friend and not working with anty ss. Simply pack with WH + anty ss covering everyting. but this is next snapshot plugin only. Try someting difrend im ready to check.

I not sure I understand what you've said after edit/ , if the snapshot is blocked by something perhaps the target is cheating.
