Need to add a statusbar for an added player property (think of it as a health bar) that only needs to be shown when the value drops below the maximum value. Is there any way to do this without client commands?
Or would it be possible to "misuse" the statusbar that is shown when someone defuses a bomb, place it top right and make it smaller?

that how to create a statusbar . 10 means duration in seconds
