It's a plugin for ba_jail / jail break servers ...

The plugin will check if the Terrorist has a weapon (handgun or big guns).
If the terrorist get killed by the CT and he only has a knife he'll get 1 FK points.
If the terrorist used of his knife and hitted any CT, if he gets killed the CT wont get FK points.
If the CT kills 3 T in 3 sec with only a knife equiped he get's a punishment (slay / kick / ban)
If the CT kills a T with a weapon equiped he wont get FK points (HE grenades, smoke, and flash should not be counted as weapon in this case, but they should have the same state then the knife)

Even if you don't know how to code for mysql / Sqlite database, please do this plugin, i'm sure hundreds of servers admin will download it, and sql could be added later, because it let a really good way for admin to config their plugin as they wish, but even without that it'll be a real good high trafic plugin.
