Looking for something to target the person my aimer is over in CSS... Say, I spawn... see a bunch of my teamates afk and want to move them to obsv or kick them. I want to hover over each one... and type something like "sm_team hovertarget 1".. (except not hovertarget cuz thats to long).. and I would bind this command because those afks are dumb... But this could have other applications which would aid an admin who wants to tame his/her server while still play with as little disruption as possible.

When I aim at someone now, it shows me their name... and there is a plugin that you can hover over a spray and it says who sprayed it.. so I would see to be possible. Am I correct?
