exactly .. if this is not implemented directly into sourcemod. I can help in the development as a thirdparty plugin. My main problem is db/file access, just not that good at.

And for the hardcore coders see if you can really do what devnull said was impossible, gives you something to aim high for.

I use HLSW for tracking players by STEAM ID on all of our servers. It would be nice to have a server-updated DB that will help with multi-server management of admins, bans, reserved slots, etc. Web-based access to this database could really help simplify server management.

No. It is definitely impossible. You would need to modify the client, which isn't going to happen, at all.

this is now getting kinda side tracked; however, please enlighten me on the plugin that is exactly described in the root post, but available for amxx

because just recording the name and steam id is very easy, putting it into a db or file , for me , is much harder.
