Your dirty fix was causing my server to crash when the first player joined since the map had no observer points.
You should note that bug and point people to this plugin: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=724109

Would you please add a convar that has a timer of when to move them?
Like so I can give players a chance to choose a team and never notice your fix unless they are actually stuck.

Thee is a convar to auto assign people.

Also, you could just add a command listener to jointeam and then assign them a team after some short period if they don't have one (because jojnteam failed) on a timer. Then fire the same timer again to check if the join succeeded.

Also, you dont even need to changeclientteam them or any nonsense. A simple fakeclientcommand to "jointeam auto" will pull up the vgui panel and ask them to pick a class, while assigning them a team."

99% of the time this problem is caus by advertisment plugins spamming users with hidden motds before they join teams, which rapes the vgui panel and prevents them from being able to join teams. In these cases, it's the server op's fault.

Version 0.3 Beta Uploaded.

Reworked Logic - Will attempt to let clients choose their own team / class and after a set interval it will automatically move them to a team and loop the class menu. The interval before moving them automatically can be set using tf2tf_team_timer cvar which defaults at 15 seconds.
