My code now uses a cvar and also shows a warning to all players that the server is restarting.

The cvar:
amx_restart_hour <hour>
Default: 5

One problem.

When I try to compile I get this error. "error 017: undefined symbol "iNextTime""

Anything we can do about this? I see in the code that it seems to be defined. but it claims it's not.

Line 79 change iNextTime to g_iNextTime ;)
