So put your morecolors.inc file to your includes directory (compiler must be in parental directory of the icludes directory)

The standard web compiler doesn't support third-party include files.

You need to either download the SourceMod Compiler (it's included in the SourceMod zip or tar.gz) or use Asherkin's Spider online compiler.

If you're gonna use More Colors in the Advertisements plugin, you may want to change the "PrintToChat" line to "CPrintToChat". This way, you can use morecolors' colors in the config file and any say messages in chat will be able to use all of morecolor's colors.

Why would you not just attach it directly to the forum?

I've been asking you that for some time.

Dr. McKay's plugins are generally hosted on his BitBucket repo. This means that, upon making a change to a given plugin, he needs only to commit the changes to the repository to make the new version instantly live and available for download via the link at the bottom of the thread's first post. Further, as most of his plugins integrate Updater compatibility, this kills three birds with one stone. All he needs to do is make a little post at the end of the thread saying that an update was released.

Adding an attached file would mean that these attached files would need to be removed and manually updated each time a plugin update was released. Not only is this task made unnecessary by hosting the plugins on the repo, but it also avoids the possibility that he simply forgets to upload the new version to the first post. Further, updating the plugin file in a plugin's thread resets the view count of said attachment. This can give the illusion that a given plugin is not as popular as it actually is. This can lead to some confusion for more inexperienced server admins, as "surely this plugin with only 12 downloads isn't the actual admin chat tag plugin that other servers use."

All this is in stark contrast to what parthi has done. He went out of his way to host his .sp file on a Kim Dotcom site, when he was already at a page where such an attachment could be uploaded. There were no known advantages to doing this.

Mine download on a single click as opposed to downloading to who knows where via JavaScript very slowly and then prompting where to save. And as ddhoward said, it's to simplify things for everyone.
