So, when someone try to connect to the server, the player is kicked and this appears:
Pure server: file [GAME]scripts/global_actors.txt does not match the server's file

I've tried to delete the whole scripts file and replace it with my csgo/scripts after analysing game integrity just to be sure.
Some times the error is a bit different, like "Pure server: file [GAME]scripts/items/items_game.txt does not match the server's file" and some other variations.

I've tried replacing sourcemod, still happening.

You have to edit your pure_server_whitelist.txt
or (not recommended) set sv_pure 0 in your server.cfg
