Basically, you have to check if fps_override is 1 then get fps max thingy. So you need to do two checks before making changes to player.

to change client command fps_max would be slowhacking

search for Advanced Client Checker 0.3.4 , might be what you want!

But I asked it for useful purpose, it would be slow hacking if I execute such command below the limits which can affect its game but no. It only checks if more than 101 fps ("if" more than 101, else not) only in this case it should revert clients fps to max 101 and I asked for a message too, by which it warns players too.

2nd thing. If this is the thing, amx_exec should not be in approved section. Call it also slow hacking. It shows player what kind of command is executed on player, similarly here, player gets message of warning.

doesn't matter the value, if it its a client command then change it anyhow it's slow hacking, warning is fine, even kicking the player.

did you try the plugin i said?

Yes, I know about it already.
Because of just one request, I won't obviously use such big plugin and that too reading files from server and consuming memory to slow or bit lag the server. When there is possiblity of simple to be made.

And like you say Slow Hacking, I repeat. There is such plugin which executes commands on players and it is made by Alliedmod staff. Conner Macleod I believe. And my request is also similar to it.

No hate for anyone, but trying to clear consequences for my request.

This is most probably the plugin you are talking about. And yes it has the ability to slowhack other clients. But as stated in the introducing post itself:

some commands were allowed to execute some years ago, like redirect and so on, but valve has blocked and now it won't work unless some workaround which is forbidden in here.

i had a plugin that does kind of what you want, it shows a menu to the player to change or be kicked, i used before so ppl wouldn't change skin, i'm gonna search and if i find i post here!
