Searching for CS 1.6 plugins encoders

Hello guys.

So I have a big Counter-Strike 1.6 project. Well its big in my country (Lithuania) it is in TOP 5 at the moment general but in every Lithuanian voting system we are #1. We have the best Lithuanian community and not even Lithuanian. What is my point. We have a good goals, we have a great team, loads of people but our technical side is not one of the best. You see in past month there was a huge amount of non-Lithuanian people. Like Estonians, Latvians, Russians and else.. We want to do an european project but for that we need english encoders. To translate everything and not even translate.

So whats the point? I am inviting people with a "knowledge" to work and CREATE Plugins with us. I give you access with my community. We just need a couple more administration which would be european (strong english).

You do have english lessons in lithuania but why does everyone suck in english in lithuania?

Nobody works for free.

And no you are not the biggest community in lithuania. Visited your site 10 players only

Its better just to ask for plugin help or a plugin request.

No offense but as Lithuanian I had to express my opinion about this.

First of all: QUANTITY isn't QUALITY, your servers is nowhere close to being good, yet voting systems of those sites are way too easy to abuse.

As for players, you used filthy ways to advertise your server (such as spamming your ip on other servers), it's already discussed and confirmed.

And for your topic, I doubt any good coder would join you. Pay or go home.
