Use version 17.31 I didn't look at the changes the others made so I cannot support that.

According to the log you posted the plugin can actually find the correct table, so that means the sql connection configuration is correct.

There are different reasons that the plugin does not save data.
Make sure that you connect to the database with a user with read and write permissions.
In debug mode the plugin should say the reason why it won't save data.
Don't only give a small portion of the logging, it's not enough to do debugging.
Just attach the log in a reply here so that the community can have a look at it.

I found the Problem, or i will say, i have taken another way.

I used IIS on Server 2008, there was anywhere a problem with the SQL Database.. i don't know what can be the problem.

Now i installed XAMPP with apache and mysql.. now it works without problems!

I tested the 17.31.1, SQL does not work with this version!

Please use 17.31.0 !!

The original is in english. That the version number is different does not mean that the plugin is different.

Just use version 17.31

Edit:

Fixed both my problems.

Had to give admin immunity for noclipmode to work, and admin had to remove spaces in name for setlvl command to work.
