I need some small script - i will pay around 20$ for this (to PP).
Here's what i need - before the map start (when warmup has ended, so everybody is connected) - there should be some voting, about enabling/disabling bunnyhop script.
So players can vote if they wanted to play with this plugin, or not.

There probably should be a few parameters in txt file (or some of them as cvars):
1) name of smx plugin, that should be voted for.
2) Voting description text (like: "Use bunnyhop script?")
3) Percentage for succesfull vote (60% def)
