I have set variables in my server.cfg for:

smac_eyetest_ban 1
smac_aimbot_ban 2

But on map change the variables reset to defaults...

Anyone have ideas?

Thanks.

UPDATE:

Such a noob I needed to edit the SMAC.cfg....

This thread can be deleted...

It's always a good idea to leave the thread intact, with the original post, and the solution. Everything is archived and searched indexed, and can help others.

Do not blank out posts - if you solve your problem post the solution for others to find.

it wouldnt be blanking out, that would be awful ofc and i myself asked others not to do it
but in general thats how you delete a thread and i let him know.. and im sure this issue is not 1 in a million and can be found in other threads as well there was a recent one ( https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=213234 ) where cvars wouldnt stick and it usually means there are duplicates somewhere, maybe in same server.cfg file or in the plugin's cfg file
we just need good titles and keywords in em
