Is there a kill parameter : Suicide?
or a kill parameter : fall damage?

  • Fixed headshot and backstab actions in TF2
  • Added "fall" action for TF2
  • Added suicide action for all games

I'm not sure where they got messed up, but it appears that headshot and backstab in tf2 were running the crit_kill sound (and not even doing it right).

Is there a cvar or a way to set it up so that admins don't have a time limit for them on when they can play a sound again using chat? I know there is a general setting for all but then everyone would spam the sounds, it would be cool if an admin could though avoid the timer.

It's fixed in the latest Version.
Note: As there's no event for the start of a setup phase, "setupstart" is not available any more.

Ghosty, can you add mention of the suicide action and the TF2-only fall action to the first post so that people know they are available?

Also, thanks for maintaining this (growingly messy, yet) great and fun plugin.

One last nitpick... The suicide action should work for all games, not just TF2. It just checks if attacker == victim before going any farther.

There are no events or any other notifications sent when a gate opens, so there is nothing that could trigger the plugin to play a sound.

This plugin is the boss. It is already pretty cool.

I know this is asking alot, but is there a way to make certain sounds 'cost' more sound points? Like how you have a limit of however many sounds per round or per map. I want to make short sounds cost 1 and longer sounds cost 2-5 sound points in order to prevent spamming.

What would be really cool is if you could accumulate soundpoints between players. Like if an admin song costed 10 sound points, two players with a combined total of 10 sound points would need to type in the chat trigger.

But that might be overly complicated.
