I use stock when I need to apply default values for function's parameters, too.

I use my connors StripUserWeapons() stock with the stock deceleration. If its in a plugin where i have a custom include file it goes in there other wise it sits at the bottom of my sma.

Declaring a function as stock has nothing to do with giving parameters default values.

Hmm, if I remember, doesn't unused stocks get removed from the memory upon compilation ?

Yes, I covered that in my above post. Stocks are not compiled into the binary if they are never called\used in code.
