Looking developer that knows what he's doing, for some paid work. Also make sure you have enough free time and motivation.

Mainly I need someone to edit an existing plugin and some of its featues like spawn and menu (Deathmatch Advanced). May require some Dhooks knowledge (not sure). Money is no issue (PayPal).

A good job may lead to other paid jobs.
