I am here to request 2 seperate plugins, A plugin for to change the reload speed and Another one to change the walk speed. And the reload and walk speed can be editable.

Use This http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=1369117 Plugin to change the weapon speed on and off, when it is switch on, it will print a message to the chatbox; and same for off. |SHIFT + LEFTCLICK| to turn it on and off.
