After charged throw, there is no way to stop that, I guess. Like charged then swap gun then swap back to melee, thats will throw instant.

    - Added support for the 2 new melee weapons.
    - Changed cvar "l4d2_throwable_types" to support the new types.
    - Updated data config "data/l4d2_throwable_melee.cfg" updated with the new Melee weapons.

For me whenever i climb a ladder or use the minigun then use the scope of the sniper it auto-uses the melee throw ability also TLS weapons aren't throwable.

1.11 (30-Sep-2020)
    - Fixed compile errors on SM 1.11.
    - Fixed being able to throw while using something or climbing ladders.
    - To enable the new melee weapons, change cvar "l4d2_throwable_types" value adding the new ones.
Change cvar "l4d2_throwable_types" value to "32767" enables all melee weapons.

Good update thanks, i got a weird error when got incapped & the round ended on coop they throw the melee and this messege appeared:

Thanks fixed. Riotshield should work, verify the type cvar and config. Not tested it.

Riot shield is not a default weapon used in L4D2 and requires the riot shield .txt script to make work afaik, this is why it's never been included in various plugins and why I don't support it as standard. You're on your own to figure out how to make the riot shield spawn, I was only adding it as an option since I know some servers enable them.
