SM Gamedata Updater Updates

Starting now after today's TF2 update, a new and rewritten version of the gamedata updater backend is in place. The new version takes away a lot of human error that can occur around frantic update times, making updating more automated on our end. It's also probably faster.

If you notice any new issues with it or errors printed from it, please post them here.

Well, it seems to have gotten CalcAttackCritical's signature correct on Linux (which changed this update). Haven't tested on Windows.

Was this started a few hours prior to tonights update? I noticed a new snapshot was pushed thru with a gamedata update on the list.

The gamedata was pushed into snapshots early in anticipation of the update. The new auto-updater with that gamedata was not enabled until the game update was live.
