Hello people! Can someone make a plugin called Mini Game like that mod in Counter-Strike Source. I think this:if someone make this mod it can become the best cs1.6 mod.

It's not a plugin, some maps in CS:Source is built like that

Yes, the map is created this way, it is not a plugin. And as 1.6 does not have the same physics as the source engine, so it cannot be done in 1.6.
