I've just forked this plugin and added a new simple configuration option.

Now you can configure if a player should also be punished if he was alive when he tried to reconnect.

This is useful for dice plugins, if the player dices a bad thing and tries to avoid it by reconnecting.

I also modernized the code (new-style) and changed the cvar handling.
