I was doing some messing around with TF2Items_OnGiveNamedItem on tf_wearable items, when I noticed that it is called for the second misc slot's tf_wearable on every respawn or resupply cabinet touch.

Is it supposed to happen on every respawn/resupply? If so, why are the head and first misc slot items not firing for this?

I don't have the code on me right now (I'm at work, code's at home), I'll post it later.

Note: This is on a Windows server.

Sounds like your Bug Report should be filed with Valve, not Asher.

Valve optimized it to only recreate changed items, guess they always treat the 2nd misc slot as changed.
