Google is your friend.

Most likely you got incorrect parameters in your my.ini (or my.cnf for Linux), or a stale upgrade from an older MySQL version (expecially probable if you are running Microsoft Windows).

Perhaps i should read off a bigger error, see if it helps. (I have the newest version of sql so its not outdated)

Code:
L 09/11/2005 - 12:37:10: [AMXX] Run time error 10 (native) (plugin "battlemages.amxx") - debug not enabled.
L 09/11/2005 - 12:37:10: [MYSQL] Invalid database handle -11
L 09/11/2005 - 12:37:10: [AMXX] To enable debug mode, add " debug" after the plugin name in plugins.ini (without quotes).
[BM] [QUERY ERROR] Can't connect to MySQL server on '127.0.0.1' (10061)
*edit* i looked at the document on your signiture, and mysqladmin in command prompt wont work, not recognized as an internal or external command.
