Maybe even add hegrenade and it will freeze, and flashgrenade will be able to set fire to the player?
Or not to change Cvars
Hegrenade do to set fire to the player.

My server of CSGO give this error:

maybe... try update your gamedata, for CBasePlayer::Weapon_ShootPosition()
